The Claims Service Centre provides one of the most important services that Bahamas First offers its customers. It facilitates the delivery of the company’s promise to its customers and often becomes the deciding factor on whether clients choose to remain Insured with us, or to go elsewhere.
Our primary function, therefore, is to provide superior customer service and manage the processes of claims adjusting with excellence and fairness.
Inherent therein is the responsibility to:
- Take reports of losses
- Establish claim file(s)
- Conduct investigations
- Quantify losses
- Settle claims fairly subject to the policy conditions, and
- See to recovery issues.
